Janet Hischer hosts an extraordinary opportunity for riders to compete internationally
February 28, 2008 – Twisted Tree Farm, Inc., a complete hunter, jumper and equitation training and show stable located in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced today that limited space is available to participate in the beginning of their upcoming 2008 European Show Jumping Tour, taking place in Holland from July 21st to August 10th, 2008.

The Holland tour is the first leg of the 2008 European Show Jumping Tour being organized by Janet Hischer, 2006 AGA Rookie of the Year and owner of Twisted Tree Farm. In September, several riders will travel to Italy, Slovenia and Croatia to participate in the second phase of the tour, which is now sold out.

“The European Show Jumping Tours provide all riders with an incredible opportunity to learn and show with some of the world’s most accomplished riders”, says Hischer. “The program we’ve created in Holland is top-notch. This is an invaluable experience for our developing riders to gain worldwide exposure at the highest levels of show jumping.”

Located just three miles from historic Maaseik, Belgium, participants of the Holland European tour will enjoy training at a quintessential European stable under the guidance of Janet Hischer and many of Europe’s top professionals, including Dutch rider Peter Bulthuis. Training sessions will emphasize flat work, dressage and show jumping. Riders are also invited to participate in horsemanship and riding lectures presented by stable assistants. Each rider will train and compete on top quality horses provided by the stable.

Integral to the tour is the exhilarating experience of European show jumping competition. The current horse show itinerary has riders competing at Valkenswaard 2** in Holland on July 24th – 27th, Valkenswaard 2* and 5* Global Tour on July 31st – August 3rd and Roggel 2* on August 7th – 10th. While the tour has been carefully arranged to provide riders with the ultimate European showing and training experience, plenty of time has been set aside for riders to enjoy and experience the European culture – site-seeing trips, fine dining, spas, shopping and so much more.

The Holland tour also provides prospective buyers with an ideal opportunity to try horses for purchase. Trainers interested in sending students to Europe are encouraged to contact Twisted Tree Farm. Twisted Tree Farm will act as an agent for prospective buyers.
